The Learning Loft are experts in pedagogical language learning methods and are focused on the development of innovative educational programmes for English language learners.
We are an Italian-based educational service that provides 'Digital Storytelling'
workshops, through the use of multimedia and education technology. The workshops are specifically
developed to improve and enhance language acquisition and student's confidence when speaking in English.
We provide English for Academic Purposes (EAP) pre-sessional and in-sessional programmes, in addition to International English Language Testing System (IELTS), Cambridge (CPE, CAE, FCE, PET) exam preparation courses and Content and Integrated Language Learning (CLIL) methodology and support.
We provide language support material, including educational copywriting and curriculum development, determining a specific course of study for language learners.
We realise that Education Technology (Edtech) is changing and impacting on the education landscape in a number of ways, necessitating awareness of progress and risk amongst educators and parents.
We work to embrace the innovative benefits of technology, whilst still retaining the best practice of the traditional classroom, preparing language learners for continued study and competitiveness in their future workplace.
We are motivated by personalised, experiential and collaborative learning and work to provide students with opportunities to work together on projects. Participatory and practical in-classroom groupwork helps to facilitate the assessment of linguistic skills through standards driven management systems.
